The Rafiki lab is where everyone begins; it is where we build people and discover and define the persona, or change it. And you’ll hear stories about this in communities and individuals where it has been applied. Whether its advocating for peace and nonviolence, alleviating troublesome behaviour, working with hard groups, or building resilience and enlightenment, or regression and playback, the art and science of the Rafiki lab is core in taking individuals and community influencers on a road to self-check and rediscovery. We realised that for us to be great storytellers and influencers of social change, we must first go through a process that makes us social architects; understanding and staying cultural viable and fitting per every target society, while also harnessing their local knowledge, talent and resources to serve to our advantage.
